Your information

Privacy

What I get, why I get it, and how to ask about it. GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) are named below. This is not a lawyer letter.

Who to write

Lyricsbuyout. Use Write me on the shop.

What I collect

The shop form does not store your brief on this site. It opens your mail app. I receive what you send: your name, your email, what you need, what you already have, and anything you add about the situation.

If we do a job, I also have the payment trail and the file I send you. I keep that so I can do the work and finish the buyout.

The host of this site may log ordinary request data: time, page, browser, IP. I do not run ads. I do not sell your information. I do not buy mailing lists.

The pages load fonts from Google. Google may see that request on its own terms.

Why

To read the brief, write the lyrics, get paid, and answer you. That is the whole reason.

GDPR

If you are in the UK or the EEA, you can ask what I hold, ask me to fix it, ask me to delete it, or ask me to send a copy. Use Write me on the shop. I will answer.

The legal basis for a job is the contract we make when you hire me. The legal basis for a first email is that I need it to reply.

California (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you can ask what personal information I have, ask me to delete it, and ask me to correct it. I do not sell personal information. I do not share it for cross-context advertising. I will not treat you worse for asking.

To use those rights, use Write me from the address you used, and say what you want done.

How long

A brief I never take: I do not need to keep it. A paid job: I keep what I need to show the work was done and paid. Ask if you want it gone, and I will say what I can delete.

Kids

This shop is for adults. Do not send me a brief for a child as if they are the client.
